February 10 Tara's 6th & Natalie's 5th weigh insI'm happy. My (Tara) total weight loss to date is 11.6 pounds and I'm starting to get on the ball with the exercising. As for my mom, she couldn't weigh in this week because the group at work that has a weekly meeting didn't have one this week. Hopefully we'll get some new pics up soon. As for me, my clothes, jeans mainly are beginning to fit looser. I've had a couple bits of fried foods this past week but it didn't seem to affect me to much. Good luck to everyone on their continued journey. February 03 Tara's 5th & Natalie's 4th weigh insSorry in the delay for my Mom's 4th weigh in. Her computer has been messed up so she hasn't been able to blog. Her loss was .4 pounds. She has now began walking so the pounds should start coming off faster. As for me, I lost a mere .2 pounds this past week. Not a good as I've done in the past but any loss is a good one right. I haven't been able to work out much because my knees have been bothering me for some reason the past 2 weeks. I am still having an awful craving for pizza but I'm going to try not to give into it. January 27 Tara's 4th weigh inYeah! I've got to and past the 10 pounds lost mark. My weight this time is 206.6 so I've lose 10.2 pounds total. I'm very happy with what I've accomplished so far. I know that I still have a long road ahead. I keep telling myself that I need to exercise more but I'm having trouble getting into a routine. The craving for some of my favorite foods is now starting to get to me. I'd kill for a large pizza right now or a huge plate of pasta alfredo. I won't let myself have any though because I know if I do I might fall back into bad habits. Until next time, Happy Dieting! (if there is such a thing) Natalie's 3rd weigh inDidn't lose anything. Oh well, I'll have to step it up this week. January 21 Tara's 3rd weigh inI didn't do too bad this past week. I lost 2.2 pounds this past week. My current weight is 208.4 pounds. I'm happy with that considering how rough this past week was with planning meals. I did give myself a "cheat day" on my birthday. I'm actually looking forward to my next weigh in. I need to step it up with the work outs but it's hard to get myself motivated to work out. Oh well, I'll find some way to exercise. Best of luck to everyone on their next weigh in! |
